Description

The red grapes are worked as a white wine created a sort of rose color wine but with all structure and carachtersitics of red wine.

Pretty closed upon opening, this needs some time to stitch together, so decant or enjoy leisurely over a long meal. Tight aromas of pomegranate, coriander seed and red currant slowly unfurl on the nose. The medium-bodied palate displays a mix of textures and flavors, from smooth raspberry and racy pomegranate, to powdered white pepper and slick wet stones.
